Subscription Payments
For Internet Service subscriptions, refunds may be applicable under the following conditions:
- If you cancel your subscription within the first 30 days of service, a refund for the remaining unused period will be provided.
- If there are significant service interruptions or failures that persist for an unreasonable period, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
- No refunds will be provided for any prepaid service periods beyond the first 30 days.
Eligibility for Refunds
Quality Issues: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the services provided, we will make reasonable efforts to address and rectify the issue. Refunds may be provided on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion, if we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Failure to Deliver: In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances or other factors beyond our control, we will provide a refund for any payments made for the undelivered portion of the services.
Non-Refundable Services
Third-Party Expenses: Any expenses incurred by us on your behalf, such as OTT payments, router purchase, fiber purchase, or third-party service fees, are non-refundable.
Completed Services: Once services have been completed and delivered to you, refunds will not be provided for those services.
Refund Request Process
Notification: To request a refund, you must notify us in writing, clearly stating the reason for the refund request and providing relevant supporting documentation.
Consideration: We will review your refund request and assess its eligibility based on the conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.
Refund Decision: We will notify you of our refund decision within a reasonable timeframe. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Refund to Original Payment Source: We will credit your refund amount to your Original Payment source within 5-7 working days.
Modification or Cancellation Fees
Changes or Cancellations: If you request significant changes to the project scope or cancel the project after work has commenced, we reserve the right to charge a modification or cancellation fee, which may be deducted from any eligible refund amount.
